My novelty entry for this module. This was an accidental photograph; I was loading a film to the Pentax and as I was winding on to the first frame I shot this image by chance. It has camera shake, blur and is completely out of focus.

Out of focus except for one place, the silhouette outline of my wife's profile. During the landscape module I used to make a point of using the "0" frame for experimentation. Using zooms, twists, out of focus, directional blurs etc and got a few reasonable images. This one was an accident however.

I have shown my people images to a few people and asked them to pick their favourite three and their least favourite. This image was always their least favourite. I don't know why as I like it a lot. It has a focal point, perspective lines all point in towards the face and the hair has been caught in what seems like a blur of motion. The colours are indicative of early evening and the balance of shadow hues to sunlit colours is just right for my taste.
